Public Speaking

The point that I think this video is making is everyone is nervous about public speaking. A lot of people hate public speaking not just the woman in the video. Most people are going to be nervous about public speaking and most won't even want to do it but I think that this video says it perfect. All the feelings and emotions that are running through people's heads when they are about to speak in front of a public is just what the video said they are. Everyone gets nervous, starts shaking, and sweating and they feel like two feet tall when they are talking. But it's about overcoming your fears by public speaking and not letting the stress over power you. I think that this video can help everyone to calm down and let everyone know that you aren't the only one that doesn't like to speak in front of a bunch of people. From this video I have realized that yes public speaking is a very intimidating thing but everyone is nervous about it and feel the exact same way I do when I am about to give a speech so there is no reason to be uptight and nervous about it.
